One hour with Dr. Gorden privately costs $500. Vitale Foundations gives you 4 hours of physician access every month — for $97.
Physician-Designed · Driver-Specific · $97/Month
Because the problem was never your effort. It was your biology — and no one has told you which part.
If you have tried calorie restriction, macro tracking, intermittent fasting, keto, low-carb, high-protein, a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a gym membership — and you are still here — then the answer is not another program.
The answer is a diagnosis. And right now, you can get that diagnosis — and the physician to walk you through it every single week — for less than the cost of a single co-pay at most concierge practices.
The Math
Dr. Gorden charges $500 per hour for a private one-on-one consultation. Vitale Foundations includes a live, physician-led group call every single week — one hour, every Thursday, with questions submitted in advance and answered directly by Dr. Gorden. That is 4 hours of physician access per month. Here is what that is worth — and what you pay.

The Problem
The weight loss clinic conversation goes like this: here is a prescription, here is a calorie target, come back in 90 days. They hand you semaglutide, a meal replacement shake, and a follow-up appointment. And it works — for a while. The scale moves. You feel like you finally found something that works.
Then you stop the medication. Because you have to, or because you want to, or because the side effects became unbearable. And the weight comes back. Every pound. Sometimes more. The clinic calls this a "plateau" or a "maintenance challenge." What it actually is, is a business cycle. They knew this would happen when they wrote the prescription. A patient who loses weight and keeps it off permanently is a patient who stops paying. A patient who regains is a patient who re-enrolls.
What the prescription never addressed was the upstream biology — the neurochemical and neuroendocrine systems that generated the hunger signals in the first place. The medication suppressed the symptom. It did not correct the mechanism. So the moment the suppression lifts, the mechanism reasserts itself. Exactly as designed.
Your body is not broken. It is doing exactly what it was designed to do given the signals it is receiving. The problem is that no one has identified which signal is running the show — and no prescription changes that.
The Mechanism
I have spent 20 years treating women's hormones and metabolism. The single most important thing I have learned is this: there is no such thing as one weight loss problem. There are three — and they require completely different interventions.
Leptin resistance means your brain never receives the "full" signal. You can eat a complete meal and still feel hungry an hour later. This is not a willpower problem. It is a receptor problem — and it is correctable.
Chronic stress activates a survival program that prioritizes fat storage, suppresses thyroid function, and drives cravings for high-reward foods. Women in this pattern feel like they are doing everything right and still gaining weight. They are. The system is working against them.
When the dopamine reward pathway is dysregulated, food becomes the primary available dopamine source. This is not emotional eating. It is neurochemistry. The brain is seeking a signal it is not getting anywhere else.
Each driver requires a different meal plan, a different supplement protocol, and a different movement strategy. Running the wrong protocol for your driver type is worse than doing nothing — it reinforces the biological pattern you are trying to correct.
What Is Included
Not a generic clean-eating guide. A 28-day protocol built specifically for your driver type — with foods selected for their documented effect on the biological mechanism driving your hunger. Leptin Driver members eat to restore insulin sensitivity and leptin receptor function. Cortisol Driver members follow a circadian-aligned schedule designed to lower HPA axis activation. Dopamine Driver members eat to support neurotransmitter synthesis and reduce reward-seeking behavior. This is the same meal plan I use with my clinical patients.
The Designs for Health Weight Loss Support Packet — EndoTrim, Thermo-EFx, and Carnitine Synergy — is the anchor product for all driver types. Each protocol adds targeted supplements to address the specific mechanism. These are not optional. They are the clinical requirements for the protocol to work as designed. They are not included with your membership. They are available through Fullscript at 20% member pricing.
Your workout program is matched to your driver type because the wrong exercise modality can worsen the underlying pattern. Leptin Driver members build lean mass with progressive resistance training. Cortisol Driver members focus on restorative, low-cortisol-spike movement. Dopamine Driver members use high-variety training to satisfy the novelty-seeking drive in a productive direction. All workouts are follow-along video format. No gym required.
Every week, I host a live group call for all Vitale Foundations members. This is not a coaching session with a health coach. It is a physician-led clinical discussion. I answer questions, review concepts, and address what is actually happening in your biology — not what a generic program guide says should be happening. Calls are recorded. If you cannot attend live, you watch the replay.
Email your questions to [email protected] with the subject line VF Question — [Your First Name] by Wednesday at 7:30 PM Eastern. I review every submitted question before the call and address them during the session. This is not a chat box or a forum. It is a structured clinical Q&A with a physician who has already read your question before the call starts.
Members will have the option to order their own functional labs directly through Rupa Health's LabShop — no physician order required on your end, no insurance involvement. Labs are ordered and paid for independently by you. Rupa's physician of record handles clinical sign-off. I will discuss lab values, reference ranges, and what they mean in the context of your driver type on the group calls. This is education, not individual medical management. This feature is in pre-launch and will be available to members when it goes live.
Clarity
This program does not include one-on-one physician consultations. It does not include lab ordering, prescription medications, or individual treatment decisions. It is not a substitute for medical care. It is a structured wellness and education program built on the same clinical framework I use with my direct-pay patients — delivered in a group format at a price point that makes it accessible.
If your situation requires individual physician oversight — if you have complex lab abnormalities, are on medications that interact with the protocol, or have not been able to identify your driver type — the right next step is the Metabolic Clarity Assessment, not this program.
Vitale Foundations is for the woman who knows her driver, is ready to follow a protocol, and wants physician-level guidance without a physician-level price tag.
What Patients Say

I gained 122 pounds as a physician. I spent 10 years trying to lose it the way I was trained to tell patients to lose it. It didn't work — because I was treating the wrong problem. Vitale Foundations is built on what actually worked, and why.

This is not a discount. This is a deliberate decision to make physician-level guidance accessible to the women who need it most — not just the ones who can afford $500 an hour.

Take the free 3-minute Hunger Driver Quiz before you enroll. Your driver type determines which version of the program you receive. Enrolling without knowing your driver means you receive the Mixed Driver protocol — which is the right starting point if your pattern is genuinely mixed, but is not the most targeted option if you have a clear primary driver.
